Chocolate coated Strawberry Cream Cheese Swiss Roll
It was my 1st time making swiss rolls and thankfully all 3 swiss rolls (yes, I did 3 swiss rolls, #2 failed QC .. haha) did not crack.
Swiss roll #1 was a Raspberry Ricotta cheese swiss roll... Ricotta cheese was not ideal.. too grainy !!
Swiss roll #2 was a Strawberry cream swiss roll, tastes very yummy!!! My brother preferred it to be less sour though.. this one failed QC coz the cream was very slushy at time of chilling...
Swiss roll #3 was a Strawberry cream cheese swiss roll... rojak of #1 and #2...taste was okay, presentation could be better (super rushed job... :(..)
Hmm... I'm beginning to like making swiss rolls, coz the baking time is super short!! :)
